LE ROUGE WARRIOR

In thinking about my Project 2 travel poster (I'm doing mine on Montana in a tribal style illustration of a wolf), I decided to look for some other interesting tribal art. This image caught my eye right away.

I love the line work on the fox, especially the white on gray. The addition of the colors and patterns on select parts of the fox, and the way the tail actually looks like a feather is striking. I'm always attracted to animals in illustration (that's probably becoming obvious), and "Le Rouge Warrior" is beautiful and somewhat unique in terms of what I've seen before. What do you think?
